Who operates this application

Financial Brain is operated by Chet Bhakta as a private, single-user application. The only user is the owner of the application. There is no public sign-up and no other users.

What data is accessed

With the owner's explicit consent, the application requests read-only access to the following data in the owner's own Google Account:

• Google Drive files, read only, so their text can be indexed for search.
• Google Calendar events, read only, for the same purpose.

The application does not create, modify or delete anything in the Google Account.

How the data is used

Content is converted into a searchable index so the owner can ask questions about their own documents and receive answers with citations. The data is used for no other purpose.

How the data is stored and shared

The index is stored in cloud infrastructure owned and controlled by Chet Bhakta. Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is not used to train any machine learning model. Access credentials are stored on the owner's own devices.

Google user data and limited use

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

The owner may delete the indexed data at any time. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops all further access.
